Vanguard Skin Specialists is a dermatology and plastic surgery practice serving communities in southern Colorado. Our mission is to make a positive impact on our patients, our community, and our world. This transformative idea drives everything we do. Whether it is opening offices in underserved areas, serving humanitarian missions around the world, donating 100% of our aesthetic retail profits to charity, or simply giving patients our cell phone numbers, we genuinely care about the impact we make. This philosophy attracts a different breed of physicians to our practice.

We have been recognized as one the top 3 large workplaces in Colorado Springs by the Gazette for six years in a row and as one of the top 150 workplaces in Colorado by the Denver Post for the last five years.

We are proudly physician owned and operated. We provide physician autonomy and a dedicated team.

Company History

We began Vanguard Skin Specialists in 2009, thinking that this would be a small solo practice. We subleased 3 exam rooms and a shared waiting room, and we started with a team of 4 staff members. Over the years, more people have joined our mission to make a positive impact on our patients, our community and our world. As our practice has grown, what has not changed is our commitment to this mission.
